Our apologies, but all available shelters have been reserved and no more 'orders' can be taken at this time.
T-Town TNR in partnership with Tulsa SPCA is providing winter cat shelters to caregivers of 'Free Roaming Cats', at no cost!
If you are a caregiver or know of 'Free Roaming Cats' that you want to provide a shelter to, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted for information on how to proceed. Information about the number and size of shelters is just to give us a general idea on what might work for you to get the ball rolling, but we can discuss further once we have your information.
Donations to T-Town TNR and Tulsa SPCA are ALWAYS welcome and HUGELY appreciated, but most importantly, we want free roaming cats to have a warm place they can go to snuggle and get out of the cold!

The winter cat shelters come fully equipped with straw (not hay) for bedding. Please read what Alley Cat Allies has to share about the importance of straw as the bedding!
Here’s a look at our Winter Cat Shelter production center in full operation at Tulsa SPCA!
Dallas is “The Cat Shelter Lady”...
Dallas starts with the raw materials (styrofoam packing boxes) and determines the ultimate placement for the access hole. Since there are a variety of sizes and shapes to work with, placement can vary. She cuts the hole with a magical heat wand, loads the shelter up with an ample supply of straw to be cozy for the kitties, securely tapes the lids in place and then moves them into available inventory. Thank you Dallas!
If you would like to get some winter cat shelters, please fill out the form (below) and you will be contacted. Pick up will be at the Tulsa SPCA.
We have plenty available!
